Thank you for scheduling an appointment to connect with your loved one!
During these times, we are coming up with new ways for residents and patients to interact with their families and friends. We encourage as much interaction and connection as possible.
Facetime/Skype appointments are scheduled 15 minutes. A staff member will be in the room with your loved one to assist with any technology needs. A phone call assist appointment consists of a staff member assisting your loved one in dialing your phone number and ensuring you make contact with your loved one. A staff member does not need to be present during these phone calls. While families are restricted from entering our building, many families are choosing to visit and chat with their loved ones through the window. If this is what works best for you -our staff with ensure your loved one is available, the curtains are opened, and they are seated near the window. If you would like to chat via phone, our staff will help your loved one connect with you.
If scheduling an in-person appointment, please review the visitation guidelines below.
Please be respectful of other families when scheduling appointments. To ensure that all residents are able to make contact with their families, we have limited each resident to two appointments a week. If the times available do not work for you, please contact our office and we can arrange a better time for you.
